Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days via Australia Post or courier service. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 2-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-10 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (additional charges apply)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed wetsuits with original tags attached. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items
