Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days via Australia Post or courier service. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: 2-5 business days
• Regional areas: 5-10 business days
• International: 7-21 business days (additional charges apply)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed wetsuits with original tags attached. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@rafswetties.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@rafswetties.com.au with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
